1. Terms and Conditions

The domain NOBODINOZ.COM belongs to Nobodinoz SL, NIF B64293335 residing at c / Vic, No. 10 lower local 08006 Barcelona.

Our products are physically available for sale:

  • and in the best shops worldwide.

Purchases made at NOBODINOZ.COM are subject to the conditions of sale set out in this document and are regulated by Spanish legislation regarding distance selling.


 

  

2. Prices,paymentsand security

Prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT for sales within the European Community.

These prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales to countries outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and Andorra are invoiced without VAT.

All taxes,tariffs,and customs duties are paid by the client according to statutory provisions. The amount of these taxes varies by country as stated in the invoice amount (in euros) and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment value.

 

Payments

The shipment of our orders is performed after receiving and confirming the payment.

 

We offer the following payment options:

  • Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD. When making your purchase, you will be directed to our bank’s official site for payment in complete safety.
  • Wire transfer

Transfer payments are made to the bank "Caixa Catalunya".

In the e-mail purchase confirmation, you will find all the information necessary to make the payment.

The total amount should be transferred to our account within 2 days and should include the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name and surname of the purchaser or  entity name if it is an entity

3. Recipient: Nobodinoz S.L.

 After this 48-hour period, if no payment has been received, the order will be canceled.

 

 Security

The online payment methods offered by our bank—“Catalunya Caixa”—are based on secure servers, ensuring that the information flowing between our shop and the bank is protected,  authentic, and can not be used by others. Our bank uses protection algorithms (transmitted information is encrypted so it is only visible between banks).

In no way does Nobodinoz see or store this information.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Nobodinoz ships to Spain and Europe.

The transportation costs are calculated based on the category of selected articles, as well as the delivery address.

The cost of this postage is budgeted at the time of purchase in the online store.

 

Free delivery rates for orders WITHOUT FURNITURE:

  • Spain: 150€
  • Europe*: 300€
*These condicions do not apply to islands

 

Standard Delivery Conditions:

  • Deliveries do not include assembly service
  • All deliveries are made to the street address. Our service do not include door to door deliveries.
  •  Alternatively, we offer the possibility of delivery to your door (on your floor) with a paid service. This service is paid fully to the carrier. Nobodinoz does not benefit from this service.
  • Costumers must be present at the address and time previously scheduled.
  • In case of absence, the carrier will leave a reminder and the customer will have a period of 5 days to remove the merchandise at the address indicated in the note.
  • Delivery is made with a 4 hours time slot
  •  If for some exceptional reason the shipment is delayed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
  • At the reception of furniture, please make sure all the pieces have arrived in good condition. If you detect any abnormalities, make a notation on the bill of delivery.
  • In case of doubt or if you have not yet had time to examine the product carefully, note the following on the delivery note: “NEEDS TO BE EXAMINED” along with your signature. Thus, any mishaps that may arise will be solved much faster.
  • Nobodinoz can not be held responsible for damage caused during shipment if these instructions have not been respected by the client.
  • By confirming these Conditions, the customer agrees to pay postage in case of returns for incomplete or incorrect addresses, as well as shipments not claimed on time.
  • If a second shipment is necessary, costs will be charged to the account of the customer. Nobodinoz will not be held responsible for the costs derived from second shipments.
 

CAUTION 

In order to avoid any damage on the contents. do not puncture or cut the box open.

Nobodinoz will not be held responsible for any damages caused by improper unpacking.

 

 

 

 Delivery


 
The deadlines for receipt depend on the delivery address and range of 3-7 working days. The little bulky shipments have a shorter delivery time.

These times are approximate and depend on the carrier. In no event will Nobodinoz be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Orders for items available in stock are prepared to ship within 24 hours of order payment, Monday through Friday from 9h30 to 19h00 (except holidays and from August 1 to August 21).

Orders for items that are not available in stock have a delivery time ranging between 2 and 10 weeks, according to the article. These times are approximate and depend on our suppliers.

4. Exchanges and returns

All products on our website are of the highest quality and pass comprehensive and rigorous controls. We comply with all laws in force in Europe and in many cases far exceed the quality requirements imposed by the rules. 

Still, if you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return your entire purchase, part or make an exchange (of size or model) within a period of ten (10) days after the date of receipt.

Please contact customer service first to arrange the return or exchange of goods.

Customer service will reply within 24/48 hours on working days.

Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is a defective product.

 

Conditions for returns

1. Products must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

2. They must remain in the original packaging with the original product labels still in place.

3. Products on sale can not be returned.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions to proceed with the shipment of goods.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds of value of products will be made once the goods have arrived in our warehouse and will be made by card or transfer, depending on the payment method used for the original purchase.

In each order done on the website nobodinoz.com, Nobodinoz has the right to cancel and proceed to a partial or total refund of the order.

 

Damaged or defective products

 

If you find any damage or defect in the product, please contact our customer service, web@nobodinoz.com, within 24 hours of receipt, and send a description of the damage and photos attached.

Our customer service will examine the damage and propose tailored solutions that may include replacement of damaged material or a piece to substitute the damaged one. 

In case of choice of refund, the customer will be asked to resend the damaged merchandise to the following address:

Management fees are charged in case of cancellation without valid reason.
