Our shipping costs are calculated on real dispatch prices, that depend on the weight and the size of the parcel corresponding to your order. Shipments originate from Barcelona and delivery times vary. Shipping take 2-5 days to Spain, 5-7 days France and the rest of EU.

You will receive an email from the carrier with a link to track and trace your order. Our customer service remains at your disposal as well if you need any information regarding your shipment. Reach us through our contact form.

Nobodinoz works with specialised carriers accepting parcels dimensions up to 3m perimeter (length + 2 times height and width) and less that 175m long.

Past those dimensions, we work with other transport companies specialised in transport on pallets or out-of-dimensions parcels.

We offer free shipping costs to orders under the following conditions:

- Spain, France, Belgium: orders from 200€*

- Germany: orders from 300€*

*those conditions don't apply to orders including furniture.


Nobodinoz is totally committed to reduce its environmental impact and encourages you to gather your shipments. We try to avoid using multiple shipments of orders. It will be more economical for you and will also reduce our carbon footprint. It’s a win-win for everyone.

Manufacturing locally, reducing the numbers of shipments; that is how we lower the number of transports for the products you purchase. Reducing those trips at the most is a major stake for our planet and thus, for all of us.


IMPORTANT: Deliveries of furniture or voluminous orders are at street level. For furniture deliveries, we ask you to systematically write down the following mention on your delivery note: “needs to be examined” and your signature. We highly recommend taking a picture of that delivery note with that mention written down. This is the only way we can act if there happens to be any damage on the furniture pieces that are not visible from the outside of the parcel. Without that mention, we won’t be able to exchange or refund the furniture that was damaged during transport.

Because we produce everything from A to Z and locally in order to control every step of the product process, we can guarantee our organic cotton, our oeko-tex® certified fabrics, our high-quality finishes, whilst giving our local industries the chance to prosper. We want you to receive products of the highest quality. That is why, if your product is faulty, we would ask you to send us some detailed pictures. It enables us to detect the origin of the problem and solve it directly at the root of it!
